J-2 Lane-Level Anti-Slip Coating

Product information:
1. Applicable environment: Can be used in arcades, corridors, bathrooms, stairs, washed terrazzo slopes, wooden plank roads, swimming pools, kitchens, factories, corridors, parking lots and other floors.
2. Applicable surfaces: Tiles, stone, washed terrazzo, terrazzo, glass fiber reinforced plastic, metal, glass, wooden floors, cement floors, and epoxy floors.
3. Two-liquid water-based coatings are environmentally friendly and free from organic volatiles. Can be applied to various materials and surfaces.
4. Easy application and quick drying time facilitates easier preparation.
5. After the coating dries, a unique, tough wave crest surface with high friction resistance is formed.
6. Has superior anti-slip effect, and can be used indoors and outdoors on wet and slippery surfaces.
7. Convenient maintenance: The surface only needs repairs to damaged areas. There is no need to strip the entire surface and re-apply, saving costs.

Instructions for use:
1. Clean oil, moisture, and dust from the surface before applying for best results.
2. Applying tools: Roller brush, paint tray, electric mixer, paper tape, gloves.
3. This product requires two coats at a ratio of A:B = 1:1. Product is ready to be about 120 minutes after mixing.
4. First anti-slip coat: Pour Agent A and Agent B into a mixing bucket at a ratio of 1:1 and mix thoroughly (it is recommended to use an electric mixer). Apply the agent to the floor surface with a roller brush, and wait for the surface to dry (the drying time of each surface is about 60 minutes) before applying a second coat.
5. Second anti-slip coat: Repeat the above process (at least two coats are required for an anti-slip effect; follow the above process if multiple coats are required).
6. The complete drying time is six hours after two coats have been applied.
7. The thickness after two coats is about 1.6-2 mm if the surface is flat. If the surface is concaved, the thickness will vary depending on the degree of concave.
8. Coverage:
1 gallon pack: 5 square meters (two coats).
5 gallon pack (containing 9 kg of Agent A and 9 kg of Agent B): 25 square meters (two coats). 　

Attention:
For metal with a smooth electroplated layer or a similarly smooth surface, use a primer (J-4 Primer) to increase the bonding strength. A metal surface without an electroplated layer does not require primer.
